Larry Schneider – Regional Manager
Larry Schneider joined ARRB Group Ltd in January 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law. He is a highly regarded parking adviser with more than 20 years experience in parking operations and technology in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
Previously an executive director of the international Wilson Parking Group he has had responsibility for the development and implementation of management contracts, audit controls, parking operations, security, marketing, compliance and the introduction of new technologies. He provided input on the course content of the Parking Education Program at Monash University and facilitates a Parking Operations Training Workshop which received an Award for Excellence in Planning.
Larry has presented papers on parking issues and technologies at forums in Australia, Canada, China, New Zealand and South Africa. He has consulted on shopping centres, hospitals, universities and airports to many of Australia’s largest car park owners and managers, and at a strategic and micro level to local and state government organisations.
As honorary secretary of the Parking Association of Australia, Larry has exposure to a wide range of local and international parking industry interests. He is based in Perth.

Wendy Hamill – Principal Consultant
Wendy Hamill was General Manager of Robert Luxmoore’s Parking Consulting Services division and was instrumental in the formation of this niche business in Melbourne 15 years ago.
Wendy joined Robert Luxmoore in early 1993 after obtaining an Honours Degree in Economics from Monash University. In her time at Robert Luxmoore Pty Ltd, Wendy has provided independent parking consultancy services to a varied national client base including local authorities, institutions, property trusts, retail centres, hospitals and private clients. She has had experience in conducting tender processes for car park operations (lease and management) as well as parking equipment tenders. Her other specialties include reviewing revenue controls in car parks, contract managing car park operations as well as preparing feasibility studies, undertaking market studies and preparing operational reviews.
Wendy is a Committee member for the Parking Association of Australia. She is based in Melbourne.

Simon Compton – Senior Consultant
Simon brings to ARRB many years of practical experience in retail and property services with expertise in parking operations, loss prevention, audit control and management of major events. He has detailed knowledge of VMS, wireless CCTV and methods of reducing accidents in car parks. Simon is a leader in the development of customer service training and is a former nominee for the Prime Minister’s Employer of the Year Awards.
Previously, as an operations executive with Wilson Parking, he had responsibility for the daily parking operations, security, audit control and introduction of new technologies for the Melbourne CBD car parking portfolio. He was also Operations Manager - Crown Casino Parking Services for five years and was responsible for the management of the self-park and valet parking operations. This included the development of business and operating procedures for major events, recruitment and development of customer service standards.
He has provided assistance to several retail centres including Westfield Bay City (Geelong and Southland), Victoria Gardens in Richmond and the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre car parks. Simon is based in Melbourne.

Greg Briscoe-Hough – Senior Consultant
Greg commenced his role at ARRB Group’s New South Wales office in October 2006, bringing with him a decade of experience in parking management. Greg is primarily involved in project delivery to government and industry clients in parking management, with experience in the assessment, design, consultation and implementation phases of parking solutions.
With his broad experience in local government, including wide exposure to enforcement, financial, administrative and technical specification, Greg is well placed in developing processes and review mechanisms to ensure parking solutions perform and that client resources are used effectively and efficiently.
Greg was the Traffic Co-ordinator for the University of Sydney where he was responsible for managing the dynamic and peculiar parking needs of a ‘city within a city' including a difficult, highly regulatory and political environment. Prior to his role at the University, Greg was the Secretary for the Waverley Local Traffic Committee and Council's Parking Manager. His community consultation skills and use of new regulatory options allowed the development of what is now one of Australia’s largest municipal parking operations. He is based in Sydney.
