Projects successfully undertaken include: • Due diligence investigation: Review of operations, financial reporting and equipment performance of the Myer Centre, Brisbane prior to purchase by the Gandel Group. • Review of car park design, operation, signage, pedestrian safety and payment systems leading to a complete overhaul in the way Westfield Chatswood is managed and accessed by vehicles and customers. • Car park revenue review and probity audit: Review of revenue audit trails and car park operational procedures for the Bayside Shopping Centre, Frankston and Myer Centre, Adelaide. • Review of car park operations: Evaluation of access control equipment options at Chatswood Chase for Colonial First State. • Car park design, feasibility and viability for King Edward Memorial Hospital and City of Subiaco. • Coordination of request for tender for parking access control equipment: for car parking stations at QV Melbourne, Chatswood Chase, Fox Studios, Bayside Entertainment, ALDI Bankstown, and Central Park Perth. • Strategic advice: Provision of ongoing strategic advice to developers and owners in relation to retail car park projects including St Kilda Triangle for Babcock & Brown / Citta consortium and QV for Grocon. • Implementation of pay on foot parking: A review of the standards, operations and presentation of Westfield Bay City Plaza car park in Geelong including a traffic flow and way finding assessment. • Parking control at Randwick Shopping Centre, Sydney for AMP Properties. This included the re-design of the car park and the tender for appropriate access control equipment, converting from pay-on exit to a faster auto-pay system. • The collection, analysis and surveying of off-street parking utilisation data for South Bank, Brisbane and for Department for Planning and Infrastructure, Western Australia. • Vehicle access efficiency and way finding signage assessment: Victoria Gardens shopping centre for Centro Properties Group. • Evaluation of the conditions and safety of car parks at the Northbridge Plaza Shopping Centre for Willoughby City Council: including the review of safety and traffic and pedestrian routes. • Parking study for Canberra for ACT Planning & Land Authority. This project involved the review and recommendation of improvements to ACT parking policies and guidelines for land use in commercial centres. • Feasibility assessment, tender preparation and evaluation to install parking meters for the cities of Tamworth, Caloundra and North Ryde. • Traffic management, equipment and operational design for the Optus Head Office Campus in Sydney. • Public stakeholder communications workshops for Maribyrnong and Perth. • Presentations to elected Councillors at the cities of Bunbury, Perth, Kalgoorlie and Footscray.
