  • Review of on-site operations, financial reporting and equipment performance of the Myer Centre, Brisbane for the Gandel Group.
  • Project management for the supply, commissioning and maintenance of new technology for Perth Airport.
  • Review of the car park design, operation, signage, pedestrian safety and payment systems of Westfield Chatswood and Doncaster, leading to a complete overhaul in the way the car park is managed and accessed by vehicles and customers.
  • Coordination of request for tender for parking access control equipment for QV Melbourne, Chatswood Chase, Fox Studios, Bayside Entertainment, ALDI Bankstown and Central Park.
  • Review of car park operator performance in accordance with management contract at Fox Studios for Colonial First State.
  • Technology review and purchase of pay and display machines for Darwin, Wollongong, Caloundra and Tamworth.
  • Evaluation of long-term strategic issues and options for the cities of Canberra, Doha, Perth, Melbourne, Launceston, Stirling, Geraldton, Ipswich, Geelong and Waitakere.
  • Provision of ongoing strategic advice to developers and owners in relation to retail car park projects including St Kilda Triangle for Babcock & Brown/Citta Consortium and QV for Grocon.
  • Review of the standards, operations and presentation of Westfield Bay City Plaza car park in Geelong including a traffic flow and wayfinding assessment.
  • Re-design of the layout of Randwick Shopping Centre car park and evaluation of the tender for appropriate access control equipment, converting from a pay on exit to a much faster auto pay system, for AMP Properties.
  • The collection, analysis and mapping of off-street parking utilisation data for South Bank Brisbane, Wollongong, Vincent and Ipswich.
  • Vehicle access efficiency and wayfinding signage assessment at Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre and for the Perth CBD.
  • Evaluation of the conditions and safety of car parks at the Northbridge Plaza Shopping Centre for Willoughby City Council.
